Section 66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 states:

  1. A person commits an offence if—
    1. he intentionally exposes his genitals, and
    2. he intends that someone will see them and be caused alarm or distress.
  2. A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable—
    1. on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum or both;
    2. on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years

On Indictment — 2
Summary Conviction — 6 months imprisonment and/or statutory maximum fine
