Keeping personal data about you secure
We will take all necessary steps to keep your personal data confidential and secure in accordance the General Data Protection Regulation. Personal Data may be held on a paper file, and/or on our case management system.
Updating personal data about you
If you wish to change any personal data we hold for you, please let us know by sending an email to email@example.com. We will not be responsible for any losses arising from any inaccurate, false, deficient or incomplete personal data that you provide to us.
For how long do we retain your personal data?
MFI Law Limited will retain your personal data pursuant to Rule 10 of the SRA Handbook.
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data which we hold, subject to us being compliant with the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Aid Agency (where appropriate). You also have the right to restrict processing; data portability; to object and the right not to be subject to automated decision-making including profiling.

MFI Law will not transfer, store or process the data we collect from you at places outside the European Union.
